How to Improve Peripheral Vision

How to Improve Peripheral Vision

Here's a quick and easy way to help improve your peripheral vision.

Things You'll Need:

Cheap, clear, non-prescription glasses

Masking tape

1

Purchase a pair of non-prescription, clear glasses. If you already wear prescription glasses, you can use those too.

2

Take your masking tape and create two 1/4 inch squares of tape.

3

Stick a tape square to the middle of each lens of your glasses.

4

Put your glasses on in a safe area and conduct your normal (non-hazardous) activities.

5

The tape directly in the middle of each lens of your glasses will prevent you from looking directly ahead. Out of laziness, your eyes will naturally look straight ahead forcing your perepherial vision to pick up things you'd otherwise see looking ahead.

6

As you notice your peripheral vision getting more and more sensitive over time, increase the side of the tape squares on your glasses. This will cause your peripheral vision to expand.

Tips & Warnings

Don't do anything dangerous while wearing your glasses.
